I’m driven by entrepreneurship and a deep belief that access to the right people and resources can change lives.

I founded PORCH to make the journey easier for immigrant entrepreneurs. Not just the business side, but the personal side too. From navigating a new country to finances, relationships, and belonging. I believe community, when done right, is one of the most powerful forces there is. Canada’s diversity is incredible, and the opportunity here is endless when people are supported properly.

I didn’t have a single “aha” moment that made me want to be an entrepreneur. It’s something that’s been part of me for as long as I can remember. Watching Dragon’s Den with my dad. Spending long car rides to hockey games coming up with business ideas. Building things always felt natural to me.

That curiosity turned into action through entrepreneurship classes in high school, youth business competitions, and starting small ventures of my own. By my final year at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, I knew it was time to stop preparing and start building something real.

Along the way, I worked with companies like Intuitive AI, Look Media, and Knoow, and even launched a custom charcuterie board business during the pandemic. Those experiences taught me how demanding and humbling it is to build and run a company.

In October 2022, I founded PORCH. It’s a curated community of international entrepreneurs who have been there, done that, and are still doing it. They come together to support each other, share knowledge, and grow both personally and professionally.

It feels full circle from those nights watching Dragon’s Den. I now get to pursue this journey alongside my co founder, my friend, and my dad. I don’t take that lightly.

We need more community like this. Let’s build a better way forward.

o	Revising and formulating policies and promote their implementation
o	Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

Director Of Operations

Robertet Group

Duties:
o	Coordinating marketing and sales promotions with marketing and sales directors.
o	Gathering and processing customer support information from the company website.
o	Assisting payables and receivables associates in administering company credit and purchasing programs.
o	Working with companies to develop and implement strategic leadership structures that facilitated leadership and fostered company success.
o	Introducing marketing targets to sale experts and confirming sale management's attendance  
o	Hiring sale experts according to company's policies
o	observing sale experts
o	Recognizing the whole marketing target and field's research towards the activity 
o	Gathering proper needs to instruct sale experts, planning profit-making strategies
o	Marketing, Risk management via national and international subjects
o	Project management of activities at supplier and/or within business unit to improve product quality, reliability and delivery and drive supply base rationalization
o	Monitor and execute plans according to project key metrics/targets, budgets and deliverables as well as develop and coach personnel to ensure efficient operation of the project functions

Business & Procurement Manager

Duties:
o	Determining budget settings and impure profit within inspecting financial statistics, selling strategies and marketing campaigns
o	Attaining new information of customers' satisfaction according to company's politics preparing reports, designs and drawings 
o	Leading the implementation of cost down strategies focused on product
o	Establishing strong operating mechanisms, which include clear and timely communication with the business leadership team and stakeholders
o	Responsible for gaining agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements. Ensuring effective introduction of products, technologies, systems, solution or services
o	Following established procedures and guidelines, performs a wide variety of procurement related activities for assigned project & proposal teams
o	Developing guidelines for supplier selection that is consistent with company standards
o	Identifying, developing, evaluating & managing vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors to provide products and services
o	Partnering with company leaders and executives to train in leadership principles and offer tailored advice for effective management.
o	Supervising workers in company to ensure that all operational functions were carried out properly and effectively.
o	Training staff throughout entire company in correct procedures for basic operational tasks and responsibilities.
o	Partnering with other managerial staff to optimize the effectiveness of management team and strategized new ways to lead company.

Procurement expert

Duties:
o	Preparing monthly financial statements.
o	Preparing journal entries complete with documentation for all transactions.
o	Assisting in annual and monthly budget preparations.
o	Working with tax accountants to provide information for tax returns.
o	Carrying out any other administrative and operational duties as required.
o	Reconciling cash advances on a monthly basis
o	Managed financial information, coordinating with other accounting staff.
o	Maintain accounts payable log and input data as it is received to keep up-to-date records of incoming payment.
o	Contact and interact with clients who have failed to make payments, providing reminders and maintaining client relationship.
o	Answer client inquiries and dispense advanced information about financing options accurately and quickly.
o	Manage payroll, keeping track of employee hours, overtime, and pay rates, entering information into spreadsheets, and creating reports for management.
