Teams produced over 3,000 homes, creating over $1.5B in value. Roles included: feasibility and financial analysis, investor relations, securing required approvals and permits, risk foresight and mitigation, overseeing architecture, engineering, consulting, construction, and sales & marketing processes and teams. Primary responsibility for project budget and schedule, as well as PR & community outreach.

Mid-Career Break 

Took some time away from the workplace to focus on family and personal pursuits. Some of my favorite activities during this time were learning Spanish and guitar, trail running, swimming, volunteering, gardening, decluttering the KonMari way, and long term travel in Mexico and southern + eastern Europe with my husband and kids.

Panoramic Interests, an urban infill development company, specializes in sustainable mixed-use projects close to transit.  I oversaw all aspects of the development process, including financial and feasibility analysis, equity and debt financing, and managing the public relations, entitlement, design and construction processes.  Panoramic retains most projects and manages them through its management company (Panoramic Management).

As the general manager for the Panoramic Management portfolio of mixed-use infill projects in Berkeley, I oversaw asset management / operations and led a team of 15 people.  In 2007, I served as the point person for the sale of the portfolio to EQR, the largest RE transaction in Berkeley's history.
