MARA was formed on 1 March 1966 under the Rural and National Development Ministry. Scholarships are offered to Bumiputra students for local and foreign institutions of higher learning. Field Engineer - Transportation & Installation

My roles described in 3 stages

Pre- Execution
-	Managing the Sapura Project Management Team to follow exhibits in the contract such as Scope of Work, Technical Requirements, and Contract Schedule to ensure work is complete as per client requirements.
-	A knowledgeable person to analyze the post Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) from engineering consultant, to generate material take-off (MTO) for pipes, structure, and equipment required for the project.
-	Identify and prepare the various order, evaluation and technical meetings with vendors.
-	Write procedures for installation works, lift plan and standard operation.
-	Accounted person to review vendor documents, such as drawings, datasheet, and procedures, then revert necessary comments to vendor.
-	Attend site visit to vendor premises for design review, testing and commissioning activities.  
-	Conduct interface meetings with client, vendor, and engineering team for technical and general discussion to resolve issues and provide catch-up plan within time.
-	Conduct internal meetings with Sapura Project Team to coordinate and discuss the progress of document deliverables, engineering, procurement, construction, material and manpower readiness and vendor call out.

During Execution
-	At site, there will be daily planning and interaction with foreman from mechanical, structure, piping and instrument to discuss on the work progress, ahead planning and mitigation to resolve any dispute arise.
-	Daily update to Client Project team on the construction progress and acceptance status.
-	Responsible for commissioning activities for mechanical, piping and Instrument which also perform testing for system modification, SCADA with PLC vendor.

Post Execution
-	Prepare the punch list and close out plan.
-	To review and approve the claims from vendor for rental equipment and purchased material.
-	To review vendor document and accountable for the final documentation close out.

Project Engineer

Project Name: EPCC OF THE FLEXI HDPE PLANT, PETRONAS Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) in construction line at Package 27-
Client:  TechnimontHQC

•	Significant achievement included:
1.	Successfully raised 150 Technical Queries at site that claimable back charged to client for obtaining Extra Work Request (EWR) to carry out extra tasks at site.
2.	Successfully installed 220 equipment including static, rotating and package unit within schedule and obtained Focus Recognition from PETRONAS.
