Role :

- Point of contact for system issues and configuration defects

Process improvement of the transportation systems configuration management : 
- Implementation of Agile KANBAN framework for a team of 9 program managers (Artifacts, ceremonies and cross functional team)
- Standardisation of the configuration request process (5 systems, 30 stakeholders).
- Reporting on team performance and release quality.

Quality assurance manager in order to reduce defects related to system configuration :
- Implementation of an incident process in order to track issues and defects by using a ticketing system.

Mars is an American global manufacturer of confectionery, pet food and other food products. I was working in the sales support team and responsible of the systems and tools for our sales representatives (50 sales rep in France)

Role :
- System expert for the sales department (SFA, CRM, BI tools).
- Key user for Asseco CRM, SAP BW and Oracle BO.
- Training of sales rep on systems and tools.
- First level and second level of support (CRM, SAP, Oracle BO)
