Managed the President's social media accounts, maintaining his position as one of the top three most visible politicians on the Czech internet. Communicated with the President and political directors weekly about strategy and communication tactics in the digital space. Participated in every foreign and domestic trip as part of the President's delegation.

In DataSentics, I was managing data platform and personalization data science projects powered by ML/AI in major Czech and international financial institutions. Worked extensively both with data engineers and data scientists on projects like building a modern Databricks-powered data lake in a cloud for a major Czech bank or building predictive churn models for one of the major Czech insurance companies.

I focused primarily on strategy, B2B online marketing activities, performance marketing, branding, account-based marketing, lead marketing and management, event marketing and product marketing.

Trask opened the door to the world of technology for me and I met a bunch of interesting and exceptionally smart people, from whom I learned a lot about all things technological.

In 2015, I co-founded a small boutique advertising agency Žijurád, where we worked so far for clients such as Grada Publishing, Rekola Bikesharing, CzechTourism state agency or anti-corruption NGO Rekonstrukce státu (Reconstruction of the State). 

Throughout the time I was mainly in charge of our social media team, performance marketing team and I created marketing and communication strategies and reports for our clients.

In this position, I was responsible for coordinating CzechTourism's marketing activities in markets without foreign branches of the agency (including India, the United Arab Emirates and others).

International Marketing Manager

At the CzechTourism's Institute of Tourism, which is responsible for market research and reporting on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and educational activities within the agency, I was primarily responsible for managing 2 EU-funded projects. The projects focused on the analysis of incoming and domestic tourism trends. I have collaborated on this projects with 2 major market research Czech companies.

In addition, I worked on many side projects, including the creation of a new reporting and metrics system for the foreign offices department, or on the project of evaluation (passportization) of tourism products. I also helped to organize a major conference for travel professionals Travel Trade Forum.

I started working at CzechTourism during my university studies through an internship in the Foreign Offices Department. After a few weeks as unpaid intern, I moved to a paid position as an administrative assistant, and my role developed into coordinatiion of data processing and performance reporting throughout the department. In addition, I helped to coordinate marketing activities of foreign offices and provided the necessary support to their directors.

As a marketing professional with deep expertise in tech, I specialize in aligning sales and marketing, B2B marketing, social media strategy, performance marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and data-driven analytics.

I co-founded DigiLobby, a SaaS company focused on legislative and political monitoring through AI/ML technology. Although the project has since been closed, it provided invaluable lessons on product-market fit, SaaS sales, and the challenges of scaling in the CEE market.

In addition to my work in tech, I have been actively involved in politics. I served as Director of Digital Media for the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, and have worked on executive and strategy teams for multiple Czech democratic parties. My experience includes numerous campaigns at the local, regional, and national levels.

I recently relocated to Luxembourg, where I am exploring new opportunities at the intersection of technology and business.
