Around 30 business owners debated this yesterday.

Day 1 of my 4-day GenAI workshop at HindustanClub , Kolkata.
30+ business owners. Ages 20 to 70. One room.
And everyone is sure that AI will change the world and is capable of doing many things and becoming better day by day.

But then we flipped the question and asked:
What can AI genuinely NOT do in the next 5 years?
Here's what business owners across 3 generations agreed on:
The Impossible List:

Build deep client relationships (not just respond to emails)
Understand "what does my wife/customer ACTUALLY need?" without being told
Provide hands-on services - dentistry, salon, pet grooming
Make judgment calls when data is messy or missing
Handle real mental health counseling with empathy
Close a skeptical customer purely on trust and gut feel
Commit corruption (yes, this made the list - and sparked debate)
Innovate beyond remixing existing patterns
Create original thought (not enhanced pattern matching)

The Real Discovery?When someone said:

Day 3 of AI Mastery started with a 20-minute MBA.

Sales Funnels. The right way.

Top of Funnel (TOFU) - Awareness  
Middle of Funnel (MOFU) - Consideration  
Bottom of Funnel (BOFU) - Conversion

Russell Brunson. Alex Hormozi. The frameworks that built billion-dollar businesses.

Condensed into 20 minutes.

Then I asked the room:  
"How many of you have a clear sales funnel mapped out?"

4 hands out of 25.

These are successful business owners. Running profitable companies for decades.

But most were selling without a structured system.

So we built one. Using AI.

Within 30 minutes, using Manus, every person created:  
→ Complete sales funnel strategy (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU)  
→ Their USP (Unique Selling Proposition)  
→ Target Group and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)  
→ Marketing strategy tailored to their business

What consultants charge lakhs for - done in half an hour.

Then came the real challenge.

I said: "Now we're going to BUILD all the assets to be used in this funnel. With AI. Today."

12 tools. 4 hours. A complete marathon:

✅ AI copywriting for each funnel stage  
✅ Image generation for marketing materials  
✅ Video creation without cameras  
✅ Custom music for brand videos  
✅ Voice cloning for personalized outreach  
✅ Avatar creation for social media  
✅ Animation for explainer videos

I'll be honest - I was worried.

These aren't 25-year-old tech enthusiasts.  
These are business owners in their 30s, 40s and 50s who've built empires the traditional way.

12 AI tools in one day? For non-tech people?

Maybe I planned too much.

By end of day, they were excited but seemed drained.


The next morning proved me completely wrong.

One participant, Doctor Sahab, created an entire explainer video using his AI avatar.

On his laptop. At home. After the session. Using HeyGen.

Another built a complete audio campaign with Suno.

A third created a complete website using Loveable.

All of this. In one night.

My biggest learning from Day 3:

Never underestimate SME owners.

They don't need theory. They've lived the business for 20-30 years.

What they needed was:  
→ The 20-minute MBA (sales funnel clarity)  
→ The right frameworks (Brunson + Hormozi)  
→ The right tools (AI creation suite)

Give them that, and they'll outwork anyone.

Age? Irrelevant.  
Tech background? Doesn't matter.  
What matters? Hunger and execution.

And these owners are HUNGRY.

One participant captured it perfectly:

"For 20 years, I've paid agencies to guess what I want. Today, I created exactly what I need in 20 minutes. This is freedom."

Another said:

"I came here thinking AI is not for me. I'm leaving knowing AI makes me unstoppable."

That's Day 3: AI Money OS.

Strategy (the MBA) + AI tools = Revenue systems that scale.

Tomorrow: The final piece. Making the business run without you.

Something Unexpected Just Happened.

After 4 days and 16 hours together, the AI Mastery Workshop ended.
As we wrapped up, one participant said:

"We can't stop here. We need to keep meeting."

"Let's meet every week."

I smiled, thinking it was post-workshop energy.
A sentiment that would fade by Monday.

Monday Morning Proved Me Wrong.

Then someone posted:
"We said we'd meet. When?"


The Drama Began.
A poll was created:

📊 When should we meet?
→ Morning or evening?
→ Weekday or weekend?
→ Which day works for everyone?

The debate:

"Mornings! Fresh mind, clear focus."
"Evenings! After work is better."
"Weekends! No business interruptions."
"Weekdays! Keep the momentum."
Messages flying at 11 PM.
Business owners debating like it's a board meeting.
For a VOLUNTARY learning session.



The Decision:
Every Thursday, 8:30 AM
Over 50% have already confirmed.
And here's what made me realise this is real:

I'm joining too.
Not as the instructor.
As a participant.
Because what they're building?
I want to learn from it too.



Why This Matters:
Most workshops end with:
→ Certificates collected
→ "Great session!" messages
→ Silence by day 3

This group?
They're arguing about meeting schedules.
Creating polls.
Committing to 8:30 AM wake-ups.

That's not post-workshop politeness.
