•  Co-wrote legislation that received overwhelming bi-partisan support 

Cocktails For Hope is an initiative that advocates for the temporary sale of pre-mixed cocktails in containers sealed by on-premise license holding establishments in the State of Illinois. Cocktails For Hope is committed to creating necessary cash flow to bars and restaurants throughout the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic to allow them to remain in business. The initiative also seeks to create an open line of communication with lawmakers for continued conversations as the hospitality landscape evolves over time. Acted as Product Owner (P.O.) at the project My Nextel, e-care app of one of the top 5 Telecom Companies in Brazil. The app has about 800 thousands monthly active users (MAUs) and allows the visualization of the bills, consumption data, change plan and other transactions related to the user line. In about 5 months, the application reduced the company's call center costs by up to 30%. Flávio led 40 people as P.O. and also served as Technical Leader and Mobile Developer in this project, which has become one of the major references in "Digital Transformation" in the Telecom industry in Brazil.

Flávio também foi professor do Instituto Infnet e ministrou palestras em dezenas de eventos de Empreendedorismo, Inovação e Tecnologia, tanto no Brasil quanto no exterior, incluindo eventos em países como Canadá e Suécia.
