•  Successfully lobbied for the legalized sale of Cocktails-to-go in Illinois - providing bars and 
    restaurants a revenue lifeline during Covid
•  Built a team of 50+ volunteers, including some of the world's biggest names in hospitality
•  Co-wrote legislation that received overwhelming bi-partisan support 

Cocktails For Hope is an initiative that advocates for the temporary sale of pre-mixed cocktails in containers sealed by on-premise license holding establishments in the State of Illinois. Cocktails For Hope is committed to creating necessary cash flow to bars and restaurants throughout the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic to allow them to remain in business. The initiative also seeks to create an open line of communication with lawmakers for continued conversations as the hospitality landscape evolves over time. It means I lead cross-functional efforts to identify and solve high-value use cases across the entire marketing, advertising and emerging tech landscape and design practical product strategy roadmaps (because we all hate overly complicated, bias and pointless strategy).

Responsible for improving the first 100 days of a customer’s experience through a comms reduction, consolidation and creative overhaul.

I had a particular focus on how we'd leverage existing back-of-house technology to remedy these friction and pain points; cross-analysing Telstra's existing technical and product infrastructure with our priority experience enhancements and moving actionable solutions through to design, development and delivery.

During our time, I led multiple stakeholder workshops to identify, interpret, analyse and map upwards of twenty customer journeys that delivered customer.

It took me a while to realise this was my unique superpower, but in a world of confusing specialisms and self-proclaimed experts I'm a proud generalist. A conduit between business, strategy, product and technology; I help navigate the noisy world, so we can focus on what matters.

I've got 12+ years in the tech, advertising and marketing industry, with a focus on tech product, experience and platform. I spend my days consulting c-suite exec's on how to translate complex problems into actionable solutions that help businesses grow; Through design, experience and tech-led improvements across their product suite.

I love thinking about the future of digital products and talking about modern tech stacks, emerging tech solutions (like NFTs, 'Metaversal' activities, AR/VR/mixed reality, AI/ML) and how people-focused digital products and services will be created.
