Recent Projects: 

Complex Eloqua Implementation: I was given a very difficult project on day one. We were integrating four Salesforce instances with one Eloqua instance. Simultaneously, we changed the lead model of Eloqua & SFDC to a Multi-Point of Interest Lead Model for one SFDC instance. We had 8 weeks to go-live with the integration & lead models. We had a very successful launch on December 31, 2017.

CRM/Eloqua Alignment: Due to a unique Salesforce process a required a lead or contact's primary email to be changed frequently. This caused a huge swell in duplicate lead and contact records in Eloqua and confusion among the sales team. To resolve this we implemented an improved record change process between systems, with specific processes in both Salesforce and Eloqua to resolve the duplicate record issue as well as set up a duplicate removal process.

Campaign's Optimized for the Buyer's Journey: We created nurture tracks that targeted specific prospects and customers with the personalized content at the right time based on their available profile data, mapped to activity data from both Eloqua and the CRM. Increasing inbound web and form submission activity by over 140% from the previous quarter.

As the Eloqua Administrator for Domo my primary areas of focus are the CRM integration, lead scoring and processing, database health & data enrichment.

I work very closely with Sales, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Field Marketing, Web Development, Analytics, Customer Marketing and others to create solutions & optimize processes to maximize the ROI on all of Domo's demand generation, customer and partner marketing efforts across all channels.

Biggest wins so far this year: 

1. Optimized lead processing and decreased our speed-to-lead time from hours down to under 30 minutes. For high value forms, such as "Talk to Sales", time from form submit to sales response is in the top 1%. 

2. In addition to decreased processing times we have optimized out data appending and enrichment processes to eliminate hand-offs between SFDC and Eloqua to acquire the required data to complete lead scoring. Enabling us to increase our overall qualified lead volume by 20-30%. 

3. With the help of an extremely talented Analytics team we have optimized our lead scoring programs and filters to exclude lower converting contacts from being passed to Sales while increasing the number of optimal buyer personas reaching Sales.

4. Data cleanliness and normalization for common fields such at Title. We identified thousands of common misspellings and created within our process steps to normalize those values to enable proper lead scoring and nurture campaign routing.

Working as the front-end Eloqua manager I work with multiple teams, all of which are remote, on a daily basis. From designing email campaigns for field events to webinars for our customers.

In addition to the campaign design and build my other responsibilities include holding a 'Book of Business' meeting with each member of the Field and Customer Marketing teams. We review past campaign performance down to individual email results and compare what seemed to work and what didn't to improve future campaigns.
