MARKETING AUTOMATION - Leveraged marketing automation to secure a significant affiliate commission from the largest AV systems show in the world (where Crestron is a major exhibitor).  Utilised HubSpot day-to-day to send communications to customers, nurture leads and monitor website / overall digital marketing performance.

LEAD GENERATION - Increased visit bookings at Crestron’s Chelsea Harbour showroom by 1400%.

HUBSPOT ROLLOUT - Following a successful pitch of the inbound marketing methodology to the leadership team, I managed the rollout and configuration of HubSpot (enterprise license) and led the development of Crestron’s inbound marketing and online lead generation strategy.

CONTENT STRATEGY & PRODUCTION - Initiated production of a series of consumer-facing case study videos.  Identified suitable projects, conducted site recce’s, managed production schedules and directed production & post-production.  First video released attracted 225,000 views within the first week.

EMAIL MARKETING - Increased open rates from an average of 22% to 70% by targeting specific audiences with personalised content.

DIGITAL STRATEGY - Responsible for digital strategy and innovation across the business. Implemented a number of new platforms and applications to improve productivity and automate data collection from customers, including Envoy (digital guestbook), Akkroo (event guest list & lead capture platform), Wistia (online video hosting), Tint (social media aggregator) & Showpad (mobile document management).

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Managed the launch of four major web projects.

OPERATIONS - Managed website content, supported the events and communications teams with digital strategy and production of creative collateral (brochures, print adverts, landing pages), and recruited, trained and managed the digital team.

As the first digital specialist ever employed by the company, I was tasked with moving the organisation away from traditional “outbound” marketing tactics and implementing digital campaigns and strategies that helped to increase brand awareness, reduce costs and drive revenue.

INBOUND MARKETING - Conducted interviews with customers and intermediaries to create personas and better understand the buyers journey, designed and built landing pages and campaign emails and improved processes for lead capture and follow up.

USER EXPERIENCE - Redesigned online quoting portal, reducing length from 12 pages to 2.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Initiated a complete business rebrand and website redesign project, with a focus on improving the customer experience and increasing conversion rates. Client-facing role for a boutique web design and digital marketing agency.  Worked alongside the agency owner to develop all client web projects and define appropriate digital strategy for their market / product.

DIGITAL PRODUCTION - Built and maintained more than 50 websites, managed social media channels on behalf of clients, performed keyword research and authored unique content for landing pages and blogs.

LEAD GENERATION - Conceptualised, designed and developed content offers and lead magnets for clients (one in particular for ‘Big Boys Club’ has since generated over 1000 qualified leads).

EMAIL MARKETING - Designed and developed email marketing campaigns for clients, managed subscriber lists, performed split tests and monitored user engagement.
