As a founder with ADHD,

I knew I had potential but I couldn’t access it consistently.
And I couldn’t lead the way I wanted to.

That realization was that my brain wasn’t broken, just wired differently, changed everything.

I went deep: therapy, coaching, performance frameworks, behavioral science.
And rebuilt my life from the inside out.

Now, I run Accountable, a coaching platform and community for visionary founders who want to scale with structure, lead with clarity, and operate at their full capacity.

• Supported LA based charter schools in developing compliant systems for special education in accordance with LAUSD policy.
• Developed data driven IEP documents based on informal and formal testing measures and facilitates IEP meetings.
• Provided school teams with individualized academic and behavioral intervention recommendations for each student.

• Facilitated math learning through Cognitively Guided Instruction (CGI) framework and inquiry based practices.
• Developed instructional plans, behavior plans, support schedules, and data collection systems, for paraprofessionals to provide support services to students within the general education setting.
• Collaborated with BCBA to develop intensive behavior support plans to support students with Autism, utilizing ABA strategies.
• Worked in coordination with LAS and OT service providers to integrate related services within the inclusive classroom environment.
• Created sensory rich classroom environments that foster emotional regulation and mindfulness for students.

• Formulated and executed plan for the integration of upper elementary self contained class (SDC) into a fully inclusive model within the general education setting.
• Accelerated reading growth for students with learning disabilities through use of research based interventions and instructional practices.
• Coordinated and managed IEP services, timelines, and WCJIV assessments for caseload of resource program students, as well as academic and behavioral interventions for general educations students.
• Served as Administrative Designee at IEP meetings.

Resource Specialist (K-5)

• Teacher of multi-grade level self-contained classroom for elementary students with Mild to Moderate Specific Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Expanded general education mainstreaming opportunities and worked to develop a vision and implementation plan for integration of Special Day Class, resulting in full inclusion of students the following school year.
