Visitor Analytics

Visitor Analytics is a privacy-by-design website analytics platform. with a LOT of tools to help you to better understand how your business is performing and crucially, how you can better serve your customers. 

In this role, I am responsible for customer marketing, email marketing, writing monthly newsletters, blog posts, listicles, long and short-form copy, and a whole host of other exciting duties. 

During my time here, I have built and maintained the brand voice through my customer communications to build a strong community feel for our clients.

Customer Marketing Specialist

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

My most recent role with Estee Lauder Companies was within their Customer Contact Centre where they now have a fully omnichannel operation.  My duties were to provide the very best level of customer service. I took consumer query calls and deal with enquiry emails and also live chat/messaging. The systems used included Salesforce.com (which I worked to implement in a previous role), creating cases and customer profiles to enhance the consumer journey, and which help our aim to have a 360 view of the customer.

Consumer Experience Advisor 

An engaging and thrilling opportunity to be part of the complete replacement of our Contact Centre technology. I was involved from the beginning of the Salesforce project helping to identify our business needs and how the platform could work for us. 

During this time, I also wrote test scripts and liaised with major stakeholders. For the second half of the project, I was actively QA testing and eventually training and assisting users with the new technology. I also went to Budapest to help set up our new Contact Centre there and train new staff.

Assistant to Project Manager

A diverse and challenging role that required a great deal of patience, resilience, and discretion. I managed the Fareham service for large businesses, celebrities, and other VIPs. The VIP solution I provided included client acquisition and retention, order placement, and management of very large and complex orders. I provided all tracking from order placement, warehouse liaison, logistics, and delivery arrangement. This was a very profitable part of the business which has now grown into a team in our London office.

Jo Malone London Corporate Sales

A Mail Order service became available for several of our brands in line with the rise of distance selling. I specialized in each of these brands (having full product training for each) and also ran a brand sampling initiative where I travelled between the Fareham and London offices to work with the Marketing team. I was also in charge of arranging training with the brands for all Contact Centre staff. The Mail Orders were placed through a new application which I helped to initiate and test. Consequently, I became the power user for the application and liaison with the developers.

B2C Business Associate

Responsible for tracking customers' orders and liaising with delivery companies to ensure packages arrived within our strict time parameters. This role also required the ability to handle and resolve complaints - taking full ownership of each situation

Track and Trace Agent

I was seconded to this position to assist with a very large number of paper invoices and returns forms that had to be transferred to the computer. I was solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information and data.

Cash Collection Agent

Responsible for the lower performing independent Darphin Paris salons. Duties included marketing via letter and in person, sales, and prospecting. I had a duty to help the salons to continue trading and maintain our clients as well as drive sales through marketing new launch products.

Telephone Account Manager

Order placement for department stores and salons using JD Edwards. Also provided customer service across brands and helped to track orders. As part of this role, I also covered the company switchboard several times a week

Customer Service Manager for a logistics company responsible for delivery and installation of luxury brand white goods.

I am a highly motivated, Content Writer and Copywriter with boundless enthusiasm and passion for my work. Creativity defines me. 

My career has always revolved around customers. Whether it be serving them, writing for them, or developing a strategy to obtain and retain them. I think it is important in business to remember this: We are all customers, and we all need customers. 

My passion for words and the English language has given me a rich and diverse working background. Working as a Content Writer allows me to indulge in a perfect balance of two of my biggest passions: writing and project work! I am also something of a nerd for systems.

Described as a resourceful and hard-working individual, I have long understood the objectives of different departments and how they align with each other and the overall company vision.

I passionately believe that communication is key to everything. Priding myself on exceptional communication skills in all areas, I also have the propensity to develop strong, collaborative relationships at all levels.
