As Change Management Lead in an HR Transformation Project to migrate traditional local HR into a new digital HR enhanced by SAP - Success Factors I created an strategy for change of mindset with main focus in leaders, establish a winning culture and alignment of way of working inter areas.

Part of my exposure was building good relationships with Top, middle an junior management within functional areas participating in HRLT and Functional Leadership Teams meetings and offering them coaching, support and advices across all HR matter.

I participated in the deployment of an innovative way of working with a design thinking approach and cognitive diversity inspired and trained by Hyper Island experts as Martin Restrepo, this respond to the business a new way of solve issues in a short period of time with multifunctional groups in order to create a prototype and elevator pitch and purpose new ideas beyond the BAT way or old mindset.

HRBP for Marketing & TMD and Support Functions Argentina

I ensured that global BAT standards, practices, processes and systems are applied and adhered to, ensuring the best in terms of talent, reward, leadership, succession planning, talent brand, talent acquisition, welfare, culture and learning in BAT Venezuela's Marketing Team. 

I had 04 analysts as direct reports and they were located nationwide, i gave them alignment, structure and objectives to support the TMD groups. I also had an important participation related to Change Management and Local Process Lead in a HR Transformation which main goal was to migrate traditional HR into a digital HR experience with Success Factors.

I had in my scope different important projects in soft areas as diversity business cases, local welfare strategy for redesigned, guarantee SAP processes and analytics being OTIF, designed the Talent Acquisition strategy and being in this challenging role made me achieved an outstanding evaluation.

HRBP for Marketing & TMD Venezuela

As a CoE I provided to local HR, global and regional guidelines associated with Talent & OE Management: planning, management, learning, organizational structure, talent development and organizational diagnosis by designing and implementing action plans, solutions and necessary tools according to our retention drivers for an effective management of performance, development and career. 

Generated guidelines, communications and reports of Talent KPI’s to HRD, HRBP’s and Top Team board with a quarterly frequency in a local and regional level.

Direct support and relationship with members of the Top Team and senior managers on evaluating leadership potential for all managerial population.

Activation of different training sessions in terms of leadership, including logistics and accomplishment of talent agenda OTIF.

Coordinate and follow up the process of assessment, measurement, communication plan and action plans related to the results of the organizational climate survey called “Your Voice".

The main challenge of this role was having my line manager located in Costa Rica and Trinidad & Tobago, taking the opportunity of develop my seniority with all the global exposure and the direct relation with local Top Team members.

In charge of the attraction and direct recruitment process for management and non-management population according to the SLA of 30 days. Communicate to the rest of the company and functions about the new global way of working about direct recruitment in BAT.

Develop and generate new strategies of Talent and Employer Brand, with amazing results in LinkedIn (in our first year, Venezuela increased more than 10pp in Talent Brand Index KPI). Launch of local Facebook page as BAT Venezuela with a huge impact in millennials mostly generating awareness and consideration to apply, this launch had awesome results to the Region of Americas. Increased the knowledge of internal job page (www.bat-careers.com). Made stronger engagement with top universities and allies. Generate new ways of internal communication to the rest of the company and external stakeholders with referral campaigns, testimonials, stories of success, talent brand ambassadors, etc.

Engagement with top universities of Venezuela by conducting job fairs, studies sponsorships, factory tours for students, creation of the “BAT Challenge” online promotion to generate an increase followers in Facebook Bat Venezuela page.

Coordination of Apprentices from the government program of labour insertion of young population called  INCES (massive recruitment, follow up and supervision). With an excellence performance in this role that made me earn a promotion into BAT and a non-monetary Star Award.
