That realization was that my brain wasn’t broken, just wired differently, changed everything.

I went deep: therapy, coaching, performance frameworks, behavioral science.
And rebuilt my life from the inside out.

Now, I run Accountable, a coaching platform and community for visionary founders who want to scale with structure, lead with clarity, and operate at their full capacity.

Before coaching, I spent 25 years in tech leading global enterprise search projects, building teams, and speaking at events worldwide. I’ve been recognized as a Microsoft MVP since 2008 and a Microsoft Regional Director since 2020. I’m also the founder of Search Explained, where I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies and global organizations to improve enterprise findability and knowledge retrieval.

That part of my career gave me deep insight into how people work and how easy it is to lose ourselves in roles, titles, and expectations.

My coaching is grounded in real experience. I’ve been the one holding it all together on the outside while falling apart inside for long. I’ve made hard decisions, started over again and again, and found my way back to myself. Now I walk alongside others who are ready to do the same, one step at a time.
