5 Silent Systems ADHD Minds Use to Stay Grounded.

You have your business running, but ;

You see you spend too much time overthinking, reevaluating your decisions.

Nobody gives you relevant and coherent explanations or tips.

You feel stuck even with results, just having little moments of lightness.

You feel this heavyness in your everyday life, your stress.

You have your moments of escaping,

Sport, hiking, alcool and other means.
