+ Conceptualized Google’s first-ever partnership program with top grossing Android developers (Supercell, Kabam, etc.) for risk data sharing to fight world's most sophisticated fraud attacks. Led to $XXMn saving within a year.
+ Built a successful business case to start a team in JAPAC region; set up a team of 4 in Tokyo.
+ Co-developed Google’s first graph-based payment fraud detection system, saving $YY+M annually.
+ Led 100+ fraud deep dives by investigating hundreds of terabytes of payments log data, and adding scores of signals to risk ML models. Impacted 100Mn+ users globally.

PS: I lost some personal $$ to an abuser while trying to reverse engineer a fraud. Slightly embarrassing ;)

Novus Minds' mission was to enable businesses to accept online payments in India (~Stripe for India). We started with the education sector and launched Edubooks.in, which enabled education institutes to accept online payments for course fees, food expenses, and more. We ran into some hurdles and had to shut it down in early, but it was none the less an amazing ride.

PS: Remember how payment ecosystem was in 2012 in India? :-) Kudos to RazorPay, PayTM, gPay, and others.
