But in 2025, the best prospects are already showing you what they care about. 

They're liking, commenting, and engaging with posts about the exact pain points you solve.

The question is — are you paying attention?

You don't need to spend $150–$500/month on fancy "social intent" tools like Trigify

Here's the $0 way to do it 👇
1️⃣ Go to LinkedIn search. Type a keyword related to your niche — For ex: cold email, sales automation, onboarding, etc.

2️⃣ Find posts with 50–100+ likes that talk about those pain points.

3️⃣ Open the list of people who liked or commented. Those are warm leads — people already interested in your space.

4️⃣ Reach out manually. Example:
"Hey [Name], saw you commented on [Author]'s post about cold emailing — do you do cold emailing at your company?"

That one line of context instantly makes your outreach relevant.

You're not interrupting. You're joining a conversation that's already happening.

I know which method is easier. I also know which one actually works.

If your SaaS is $10/month, you can't afford a sales team. 🤯 Most small SaaS founders miss this simple math. 

Why?

Because you can’t afford a sales team.
 You can’t pay commissions.
 You can’t spend $200–$500 to acquire a customer.
 And outbound will never make sense if your only offer is low-ticket SaaS.

That’s why the best outbound strategy for small SaaS companies is simple:

Add a productized service.

Outbound works when there’s something worth selling — something with real margin.

Example:
 If your core SaaS is a b2b phone-number database, selling only the $10–$29/month plan will never justify outbound.

But if you add a $1,000+ productized service(build them a done-for-you lead generation automation system), everything changes.

Now your value isn’t “here’s our tool.”It’s “we help you book meetings and close revenue.”

SaaS becomes the backend.
 The service becomes the front-end offer.

My reply rate jumped 286% by changing just one line in my LinkedIn cold messaging campaign —

I ran a campaign where I leaned heavily on social proof —
 logos, clients, case studies… all of it.

Out of 110 messages, only 7 people replied.

2. Most prospects don’t care who you worked with until they see why it matters to them.

Relevance is the difference between “ignored” and “interested.”

Yes — targeting, deliverability, and volume matter.

But without a great offer and relevance, nothing else moves the needle.
