Technical Recruiter

•	Keeping supporting documents and accounting records for the operations;

✅ I have more than 6 years of recruitment and 4 years of management experience. During these years, I helped to fill Developer, QA (manual and automation), DevOps, and Management and Analytical vacancies in product and outsourcing companies, startups, and R&D centers.

З якими думками я йду в новий рік?

Хочу більше снігу, який не тане за пів години, і сонечка ☺️

А якщо не так глобально, цей рік був для мене досить турбулентним. За цей час кілька разів змінювався склад команди: спеціалістки з моєї тім росли, переходили в інші ролі і навіть у декрет 😅, хтось змінював напрям діяльності, а водночас до команди приєднувалися нові тіммейти 🥰

Раніше процеси працювали стабільно. А останні 12 місяців усе довелося перебудовувати. Часом це вибивало з колії. З іншого боку — це мотивація переосмислювати командні процеси й власний розвиток.

Тож у новий рік я йду з відчуттям, що попереду — цілий океан роботи й можливостей. Серед ключових фокусів:

* донавчання нових тіммейтів і ріст усієї команди в індивідуальних зірочок, які впораються з будь-якими вакансіями

* закриття гарячих позицій для наших найкращих клієнтів (а як же без цього) 😉

А з якими думками й цілями ви крокуєте у 2026?

Як зрозуміти, що у вакансії щось пішло не так:
— Відгуків нуль.
— Відгуки є, але не ті.
— Hiring-менеджер: «давай пошукаємо ще».
