This department is engaged in project development for Deloitte’s internal clientele and its offices globally, focusing on the candidates’ proficiency and experience during recruitment.
In collaboration with the recruitment team from ITExpert, Deloitte has effectively onboarded more than 80 competent professionals, including Software Engineers, DevOps, QA engineers, Cybersecurity experts, IT auditors, and other IT specialists. The successful launch of Deloitte’s R&D department is a testament to our fruitful partnership.

Technical Recruiter

Main:
- Search for technical specialists from junior to C-level in the technical and non-technical areas;
- Search for specialists in Ukraine, Europe, the US, and the UK;
- Search platforms: LinkedIn, LinkedIn Professional, Djinni, boolean search/x-ray search, Skyworker, Dou, social. networks, meetings/conferences, GitHub, thematic forms, etc.;
- Searching and hiring a technical specialist three days after receiving a resume;
- Creating sourcing strategies; 
- Parallel work with various technical areas of vacancies - backend (java, python, .NET, ruby, etc.), frontend, analysts, management, etc.; 
- Primary screening of the LinkedIn/Djinni profile, CV screening, and pre-screening;
- Participation in the onboarding of recruiters in the team;
- Updating the onboarding program and training plan for new researchers/recruiters;
- Individual mentoring recruiters without experience;
- Work with the ATS system, analytics/conversions.

Additional: 
- Temporary performance of the duties of Team Lead of the team of recruiters, assistance in the performance of tasks of the lead;
- Conducting 1:1;
