I am a Senior Subscription Service Manager and am responsible for developing and managing Infor’s larger accounts in Channels and Hospitality for the UK and Middle East carrying an Annual Target of Approx. $7.5M (FY15) which I always managed to exceed. While my job function is primarily focused on renewal contracts and retention, I am also the first point of contact for most of the daily dealings in channels to insure compliance to their business plan and Infor policies ensuring they have the right tool to achieve sales and renewals quota’s set by Infor. 
I also work with sales for lead generation (license, re-instatement, upgrades RFI, etc.) 

Achievements;
•	Initiate communication with potential "Re-connect" accounts; negotiate terms for new contracts in line with company policies and guidelines.
o	Achieved 140% of quota for FY09 (best achiever Globally) on re-connect

Cisco is a multinational technology company that designs, manufactures and sells networking equipment.  Through their 1 Tier and 2 tier channel. My responsibilities were to develop relationships with distribution, facilitate and educate on service renewal through their 16 offices across Europe. This was achieved through delivering training on a regular basis, drive initiative through distributor to increase service awareness through the sales team.

My distributor was the Top performer in Q3 achieving over 130% of their quota 
•	Develop relationships with distributors and facilitate service renewals on an European Level.
•	Increase revenues through Cisco initiatives, driving up-selling and multi year deals. 
•	Conduct service initiatives within distribution.
•	Educate and align distributors across Europe on new service offerings and new tools adoption.
o	Qualified as security services expert, I am currently working on regular basis with Corporate and Distribution to check document accuracy before submission.
o	Deliver service training on a regular basis (boot camp security, new starter training, etc.)

Started as a channel account manager for the French market, identifying new business while insuring the renewal of existing contract services through resellers in the region by maintaining close rapports with the field managers
