By implementing business process automation, I am transforming EMCOR Facilities Services with low-code/no-code solutions.  Additional projects include Power BI, SharePoint, and serve as an SME on Microsoft Power Platform.

Senior Project Manager

I successfully led a 365/24/7 help desk team of 30 FTE in an omnichannel setting with than 75 unique workflows creating and dispatching work orders, including fielding calls from customers and field operations.  Highlights include successfully meeting all KPIs 18 months in a row, increasing employee retention, and implementing a part-time employee workforce to meet customer needs during peak hours. Significant experience transitioning new business into the organization.

Led an additional government team of 23 FTE managing all the leased properties for the United States Post Office nationwide, processing emergency work orders and landlord responsible repairs for more than 33,000 properties.
