Early in my career, I sat in a boardroom thick with pressure.

A deadline was slipping.

The temptation to cut corners was real.

International Women’s Day always reminds me of a simple truth:

So while I have found that I couldn't help others directly in my old career path, I have found another platform where I am able to make a difference once again, in an industry that I never expected that I would enjoy. I get to help others directly, make a difference in the world and have a vision for the future that would have never occurred to me had I not made the change.
