Last week, I had a moment.


I was going through a client's memoir, and I read this line:


"The day I forgave myself was the day I started living."


And I FELT that. Honestly.


Because we're all walking around carrying guilt for things we can't change.


→Guilt for past mistakes. 
→Guilt for not being enough.
→Guilt for choosing ourselves.
→Guilt for making the wrong decisions.


The truth is, you can't move forward while carrying yesterday's weight.


Forgive yourself. You did the best you could with what you knew.
