My daughter NEVER cried on her first day at school. NEVER.


But my firstborn son?


Ironically, he did the exact opposite.


He latched onto me, tears pouring down his face as l tried to reassure him that everything would be OK.


Funny enough, as babies, they were complete opposites.


My son was pleasantly calm, predictable and easy.


He ate and slept in 3 hour cycles —like clockwork.


My daughter?

- She was fuzzy
- Cried every hour 
- Ate every 5 minutes 


Same home, parents and love.
Yet completely different temperaments.


And here's the point.
Strategy — whether parenting or business — is never a "one-size-fits-all."


Because what works for one child client or business might completely fail for another.


The key isn’t forced consistency — it’s intentional adaptability.


Stop forcing one formula to fit every scenario. 


Instead start studying  individual patterns.


Likewise in your growth strategy — it's LinkedIn content , team leadership or client outreach — always lead with empathy, adaptability and data-informed insight.


Because every audience like every child has its own rhythm.


Don't set your success metric by how others respond.


Set it by how well you adapt without losing your direction.

You think.........

Celebratory posts = High visibility + gigs.


If you want high performing posts, 


STOP treating LinkedIn as a
❌️ Social network
❌️ Adrenaline rush
❌️ Obsessing over *likes*


Instead treat it as 
✅️ a discourse platform 
✅️ an education platform 
✅️ a solving problem platform


Get clear on 
- who you want to reach
- what you want them to do 


Because once you do, you'll 
Find out, the algorithm 
wasn't the problem.
You were.


Go back to the drawing board
Study your audience and
curate content they care about.


Then the Algorithm won't matter. 


Because you wouldn't be waiting for next week to prompt people to care.

April 06, 2023, the day l will never forget.

On this day my phone buzzed and my world stopped.....

l was 1,000 miles away when my wife sent a message to say she was having a heart attack. 

- Wait! 
  - What? 
    - How?

This is where my definition of consistency was truly tested."

Because this storm didn't send a calendar invite, it just happened.
