I am Dr Ikechukwu Okoh, a Healthcare Leader, Executive Coach, Angel Investor, and passionate advocate for building sustainable, innovative healthcare solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond.

With 2 decades of experience in Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and the UK, I’ve worn many hats: emergency medicine doctor, healthcare executive, startup advisor, and business strategist. 

My journey has taken me from frontline clinical care to the boardroom, where I now partner with healthcare founders, executives, and innovators to scale their impact and navigate the complexities of leadership.

I am a passionate and dedicated nonprofit professional with over a decade of experience in leadership development, healthcare, community mobilization, and project management. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in monitoring and evaluation, research, and effective communication, all driven by a commitment to sustainable development and positive community impact.

Collaboration and community engagement are at the heart of my work. I have designed and led training programs to enhance leadership skills, strengthen community capacities, and promote healthcare in remote areas. 

My experience includes overseeing medical service delivery, organizing awareness campaigns, and facilitating dialogues on health education, gender, and social inclusion.

In my current role as a Gender & Social Inclusion Facilitator at Solidaridad West Africa, I develop and implement strategies to ensure inclusivity across all projects. My previous roles, including Project Coordinator at Willing & Caring Hands Foundation and Consultant for  Insight Consulting, Human Support Services, have honed my ability to manage complex projects, conduct impactful research, and build strategic partnerships that amplify project outcomes.

My educational background includes certifications from Google, Coursera, and the University of Washington in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, AI Essentials, Global Health Project Management, and Monitoring & Evaluation. I have also engaged in numerous trainings and workshops on nonprofit management, gender-based violence, social media influence, and more.
