With 2 decades of experience in Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and the UK, I’ve worn many hats: emergency medicine doctor, healthcare executive, startup advisor, and business strategist. 

My journey has taken me from frontline clinical care to the boardroom, where I now partner with healthcare founders, executives, and innovators to scale their impact and navigate the complexities of leadership.

Stephen Adeyemi is a highly accomplished serial entrepreneur, author, and philanthropist with over two decades of successful experience in pharmaceutical marketing and sales. His impressive journey began in 2004 at Procter & Gamble. Over the years, Stephen has risen through the ranks to become the Chief Executive Officer of Iphamar™, a leading health-tech pharmaceutical supply chain company founded in 2021 and located in Lagos, Nigeria. Iphamar™ is dedicated to transforming pharmaceutical distribution for the well-being of Africa.

In 2013, Stephen founded his first startup, Graceplus Global Services Limited. Despite initial challenges such as a lack of technological innovation and funding, the company generated hundreds of millions of naira, with Stephen's career revenue reaching billions of naira. His remarkable achievements as an entrepreneur can be attributed to his strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, adept team building, effective communication skills, and exceptional adaptability.

Stephen Adeyemi is also the founder of the Iphamar Care Foundation, a non-profit organisation committed to improving healthcare access and quality across Africa. Through the foundation, Stephen champions impactful initiatives aimed at empowering underserved communities, enhancing health education, and supporting critical medical interventions.

He is the author of the book Beyond Whirlstorms: Building Stability Amidst Uncertainty. 

Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Marketing Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Stephen is an enthusiastic traveller, a strategic thinker, and a philanthropist. He resides in Lagos, Nigeria, with his family.
