I started RogerRoger with one goal: to cut through the social sales noise, so sales teams can purely focus on building genuine connections and closing deals (…of course, without hating the inbox). 

Social sales isn’t about a magic formula; it’s about hard work, smart tools, and a passion for connecting with the people typing behind the inbox. I know the frustration of juggling endless follow-ups, lost prospects, and messy workflows.

With RogerRoger, we’re here to simplify sales, making it more human and a lot more enjoyable. Because when the inbox works, sales flow.

As for me, I’ve always loved blending creativity with strategy.

With a background in economics, interior architecture, and cross-media design, I’ve worn a few hats over the years, from UI/UX designer at successful companies like Takeaway to freelance consultant helping businesses enhance their user experience.

Design led me to tech, and curiosity kept me building.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father of three, a husband, and a fly-fishing enthusiast.

And like many creatives, I have dyslexia. We all have our quirks, right? (Shoutout to Grammarly.)

Managed the administrative and clinical functions of two clinic locations. I coordinated patient schedules for nine providers to ensure maximum appointment utilization, conducted customer service trainings, analyzed billing data, and assisted in medical procedures. Developed and conducted 30-minute lunch break educational sessions once a week for employees to support them in reaching fitness and personal health goals.

Managed various projects related to process improvement, patient-centered care cultural transformation, and strategic planning, in addition to others. Established long and short-term goals and objectives to prioritize and complete multiple assignments with often conflicting deadlines.  Coordinated and safeguarded high-priority, sensitive information requests for one of the busiest and most complex VA medical centers.

Project Coordinator - Director's Office

Supported the Local Organizing Coordinator and co-coordinating organizations in the planning and implementation process of the largest annual wheelchair sports event in the world.  
I spearheaded fundraising efforts resulting in $250,000 in monetary and in-kind donations raised, led the organizing efforts for the NVWG Sponsor Reception for over 100 local and national sponsors, collaborated with community partners to implement adaptive sport and community outreach events, assisted in the development and execution of the disaster preparedness training, and developed the after action report of best practices and recommendations for future Games.

Program Coordinator - 33rd National Veterans Wheelchair Games

Guided health education program teams in completing a nationally developed evaluation tool by applying current research and social-behavioral health concepts to identify strengths and areas of improvement in their program design as they pertain to Veteran-centric care guidelines.  Compiled and analyzed surveys to assess patient satisfaction and perspectives of Veteran and Family Outpatient Education Programs. Conducted nutrition and exercise based classes for patients at risk for heart disease and diabetes. Established collaborative partnerships with clinical professionals throughout the hospital to develop a comprehensive chronic disease patient education program.

Administrative Health Care Trainee: Chief of Staff- Education

Managed a team of community health workers, physicians and researchers to develop and implement a Community Research Review Committee in an effort to increase minority participation in research trials.  Disseminated cancer related health information to minority and medically underserved populations within the Tampa Bay area through establishing relationships with community organizations and participating in community health events and fairs.
