- Organised and managed from scratch the annual BLA Trade Show which in 2018 generated $6,000,000 of confirmed orders in 3 days (target $3,000,000). In 2017 it generated $2,400,000. In 2016 $1,000,000.
- Strategic marketing plans for BLA’s brands achieved 10% year on year growth.

As a marketing strategist I analyse data to determine the best way to allocate resources to grow revenue and profits within your organisation. The data becomes insights and information and provides a clear overview of the market/organisation and where there might be gaps or opportunities internally and externally.  

In terms of digital tools, my skills lay primarily in growth driven design, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), analytics, search engine marketing, search engine optimisation, inbound marketing, email marketing.  Marketing has evolved so these are most of the tools we rely on but tools are still useless without the right strategy and a plan (you end up successfully hitting the wrong nail).
