• Direct accountability for the prepaid device P&L of $70m+ revenue

What began as a podcast has evolved into a full learning ecosystem, including a free online community, a weekly industry newsletter, and practical courses and coaching for eCommerce professionals. My background spans corporate retail, agency consulting and business ownership. I helped grow Super Retail Group’s eCommerce revenue from $4 million to $140 million, co-founded the talent agency esuite to help build eCommerce teams across Australia, and now advise boards and mentor leaders navigating growth, change and complexity.

Over the years, I’ve been recognised in Australia’s Top 50 People in eCommerce multiple times, hosted hundreds of interviews on the Add To Cart podcast, and worked closely with brands leading major digital transformation programs. I bring a broad perspective, practical mindset and collaborative style to every project.

Well said Nick Gray. 

It goes against everything we are told as kids. Be nice. Be liked. Don't upset anyone. 

But it is one of the biggest traps that ecommerce brands fall into as they scale. Here's what I see: 

$0-$20m = Founder-led. Solving a specific problem for a specific audience. Strong tone of voice. Raving fans. Ignore those that you aren't for.

🚨 DANGER ZONE
$20-100m = Bigger warehouses. Bigger teams. More SKUs. Increased inventory. Pressure to expand to keep the machine rolling. Broaden the target audience. 

$100m+ = You're likely an everyperson brand if you make it here. Accessible to all. Rely on volume and market penetration to keep growing. You need most to like you (or at least tolerate you). 

Massive shout out to brands who are charging through the danger zone by embracing those who love them - and ignoring the haters. Geedup Co, White Fox Boutique, LSKD, Heaps Normal all come to mind. 

They are charging through the danger zone by knowing who they are and what their brand stands for.
