- Led the international cross-functional team of 25 to ensure adherence to KPIs and to achieve specific targets to deadlines
- Collaborated with key stakeholders such as the United Nations, the Council of Europe, and LexisNexis on creating customised marketing campaigns including networking and academic events, specific target audiences, KPIs, and end-to-end analytics
- Created an integrated, multi-channel marketing campaign, including social media content, live casts, online events and event pages that increased conversions by more than %200 
- Redesigned the events experience for the virtual environment as a result of the pandemic by introducing online projects, and incorporating engagement tools, presentation platforms and landing pages which advanced the use of digital tools by 100% in comparison to the year before

Mi occupo della gestione del Social Media della compagnia teatrale, della creazione di contenuti che illustrino cosa succede dietro le quinte del teatro prima di arrivare allo spettacolo.

Questa breve esperienza aveva come obiettivo la ristrutturazione dei profili Facebook e Instagram della compagnia, per differenziarli da quelle che erano possibili competitor della stessa. Per questo motivo, ai post dedicati agli spettacoli in programma, ho deciso di affiancare dei post da un taglio più ironico (in particolare, simil meme) che avessero come protagonisti gli attori della compagnia ed andassero a raccogliere il consenso di quella fetta di pubblico che ha fatto esperienze teatrali, ironizzando su quello che è il lavoro di uno spettacolo nel dietro le quinte. 

In conclusione, ho deciso di sperimentare anche con la creazione di brevi contenuti audiovisivi: più leggeri ed efficaci, che andassero a raccontare curiosità e retroscena su attori e spettacoli di fama internazionale. Del resto, anche il confronto con chi è arrivato in alto può essere d'ispirazione per un attore alle prime armi!

Nel corso della mia vita ho cercato a lungo una professione e una modalità di mettere in connessione i miei interessi. Questo è un processo continuo e inarrestabile: la sua configurazione attuale mi soddisfa parecchio. 

Nella mia costellazione multipotenziale i pianeti sono sostenibilità, digitale e comunicazione. 

Le stelle sono le passioni che mi animano nel quotidiano: il cinema, la scrittura, la scoperta - un buco nero nel quale spesso mi perdo. 

Il centro è il sole delle persone, intese come individui impattanti ma anche come comunità legate da uno scopo. Sono la somma delle persone intorno a me, e di quelle che da lontano mi ispirano con l’energia di chi ha scelto la strada del fare.
