Do you want to boost your progress exceptionally within just a few weeks? If yes, you should start keeping a gratitude journal, a diary-like positive thinking tool/concept, where people write down things for what they are grateful. Gratitude journals are widely used for personal development to focus the attention on positive things in life.

I had used a similar tool for focusing during my own turbulent early startup times and I knew the potential of it, but I lacked one in Estonian to give it to my mentoring and coaching clients. Therefore, following my ‘Done is better than perfect’ motto, I co-published it together with my partner-in-crime Kristi. 

Publishing the gratitude journal proved to be a thriving success, we have sold over 2,000 copies and counting. Numerous colleagues of mine have implemented it to their mentoring practice and have reported back similar success to mine.

I used these lessons to start giving back to startups by mentoring and coaching. Helping new entrepreneurs to begin their journey and helping them to ask better questions from himself. Expanding their thinking and giving new ideas. 
One of my methods is Gratitude and habits training that has been quite successful to turn around people lives and starting a new chapter in their lives.

Podcast "Let's Get Busy"​/ "Hakkame tegutsema"​

'Hakkame tegutsema' or 'Let's get busy' in English is the most popular weekly privately produced entrepreneurial podcast in the Estonian language. I launched it in 2017, and it was counting over 150 thousand downloads by the end of May 2019. 

I interview people with an entrepreneurial mindset, a societal phenomenon frequently enacted on all scenes of human life. My guests are not A-class celebrities, but all of them have exceptional stories to tell. Some of the topics cover:

Sorry as a Service is a customer retention solution that enables businesses to send apologies (chocolate, cookies, etc. + a handwritten personalised postcard), measure, track and optimise their retention activities, and reduce churn and negative sentiment. It integrates with CRM and help desk systems and make it easy for support agents to dispatch a physical apology through the network of apology partners like chocolateries, restaurants, and flower shops.

Sorry as a Service was born during the Garage 48 Hackathon in September 2014 in Pärnu, and the concept was so good our Nordic international team won the event. We liked the concept so much we actually set up a company and I was able to onboard our first clients within just a few weeks.

Some noteworthy milestones: 
☆ joined business accelerators Startup WiseGuys, and later Techstars London
☆ raised investments in total over € 250,000. Investors incl. e.g. Belron Group
☆ almost went bankrupt twice
☆ some clients: TransferWise, Pipedrive, DPD UK, British Telekom
☆ full one-click system automation in 2018
☆ 36,545 items sent to customers in 2018
☆ 2019 the company was acquired

So as part of a start-up hackathon in 2014 here in Estonia, my team, Sorry as a Service, attended two different start-up accelerators. One was Techstars London, which accepts 1% of startups that apply.
To be sure, we weren’t instant tech stars, having come close to going bankrupt more than once and experiencing other “fun” moments. Then things started to change and near the middle of 2019, we sold the company and turned a nice profit.

But money wasn’t the only reward. As the person responsible for the sale, I learned a lot, primarily the value of open communication and maintaining a positive mindset. Furthermore, I realized my mission. I want to facilitate the development of people and companies. That is why I mentor start-ups, study coaching, and head my newest company, B2B Growth.
