A bit about me: I am a communication designer turned visual thinking expert. 

As much as I love everything visual, pretty design images or even illustrations aren't the most important. 

The prettiest design doesn't help if your messaging – or your product – is missing the mark.

But it is almost impossible to see how to connect the dots for your business especially if you have many ideas! 

That's where I come in with my pencil. 

I use strategic sketching and a powerful story-driven framework. 

• In a Business Storyboarding session, I ask you questions and sketch while we talk. You'll SEE your client's problems and feelings. A client of mine said: "It is as if you could walk around in their life!"

Today, March 14 (3.14) is both Pi Day and Professional Speakers Celebration Day.

It reminds me of a quote from Cavett Robert, founder of the National Speakers Association:

“Don't worry about how we divide up the pie. There is enough for everybody. Let's just make a bigger pie.”

I’ve always loved that metaphor. A bigger pie suggests community, creativity, collaboration. Every story, every stage, every insight that sparks a new way of thinking

All of it helps make the pie bigger.

At Asia Professional Speakers Singapore, we’re proud to be part of a global community that believes in the power of ideas to inform, inspire, and create positive change.

Personally, I don’t always call myself a professional speaker.

I think of myself as a professional who speaks- and draws.

Much of my work is visual — drawing ideas, listening deeply, helping groups see their thinking on the wall. But over time, I’ve realised something important:

Sometimes the drawing happens after the speaking.

And sometimes the speaking opens the door to entirely new conversations.

By stepping onto more stages to share the thinking behind the visual work, I’m discovering new possibilities, both for the audience and for myself.

Learning often happens at the edges. Where speaking meets drawing; where ideas meet experience, where creativity meets courage.

Here's to stepping into new creative zones to create more impact through our unique stories, voice, and expressions. Your original voice and ideas may just be what the world needs most now.

I don’t do this for a living, but I have a knack for listening carefully and turning complex ideas into visuals.

Here’s what I notice with my clients:
• People have goals, but 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲’𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐯𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞.
• Only when we 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 and I illustrate their thoughts, do they 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬.
 • That’s when words become milestones, and I translate them into 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬.
