It’s about going the extra mile, anticipating needs of the client before your competitor does, connecting on a personal level (sales is ALWAYS personal), being relentless in over delivering, being able to connect with the client first before any selling starts.

This is what I’ve been committed to my whole career.

This is what I’ve done with our transportation and security businesses. 

During COVID-19, most of the transportation industry had to close up or suspend in the state of Colorado. 

We stayed open. Our Missing 10% ethos is what got us through the pandemic and beyond. 

To survive, we focused on: superior customer service, showing up when we’re supposed to show up, clean and safe rides, being a part of the local community, acquiring assets, partnering with other distressed transport businesses, and doing it with a sense of humor.
