does anyone know a good employment lawyer? our company dress code is "come as you are" yet I was just kicked out of the all hands for wearing this.

stop debating email etiquette. you're all wrong.

instead of arguing:

"sending a calendar link is rude" vs. "trading emails to schedule is a waste of time"

and

"don't move me to BCC when I intro you, I want to make sure it goes somewhere" vs. "i only intro people i trust, so i don't need to see if it follows through"

and

"i don't need you to say "Hi (Name)" to start each email" vs. "email is becoming more like texting and that's bad"

how about we all agree to never send an email ever again?

i'd never ask an interviewer "how much money does this role pay annually?"

it shows you have the wrong mentality. 

you shouldn't measure your income annually.

you shouldn't even measure it hourly.

you should value your time enough to measure it by second.

for example, i make about 1/100th of a penny per second.

so if anyone is hiring for someone who is good at drinking beers and putting on funny youtube videos please let me know because I really cannot sustain this level of income much longer.

i'm using single sign on everywhere these days.

not by choice.

i used to use "in a loving relationship" sign on.

then i used "my wife is working late a lot" sign on.

then i used "my wife just got an Xbox and when she gets home from working late she goes into the basement and plays all night even though she isn't even good at video games" sign on.

then i used "my wife told me she is leaving me for a GameStop employee" sign on.

so now it seems like it's just going to be single sign on from here on out.
