Flip CRM 

• Designed and led the implementation of an on-demand solution to synchronize real estate broker's phone contacts with CRM customer data, using AWS Lambda with Node.js and Typescript. By automating service registration and reducing manual data entry, this solution minimized inconsistent data in the CRM. Leveraged AWS S3 for data caching, further improving synchronization efficiency.

• Implemented comprehensive test coverage for the Node.js core application using Mocha and Chai, successfully covering over 60% of the codebase with unit and integration automated tests. This effort significantly improved software reliability and reduced production bugs. Also improved codebase quality through rigorous code reviews, ensuring best practices and mentoring the team.

• Developed a scalable ETL pipeline to optimize client onboarding, automating data extraction from external systems and improving data ingestion reliability. Using BullMQ queues with Node.js and Typescript, the pipeline was very scalable, lightly processing millions of records. Learning new concepts and putting them in practice with the team, in this project I was able to show my ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and implement them.

• Led the creation of user-centric dashboards using React, empowering clients with real-time insights into key metrics. Overcame backend limitations by optimizing SQL queries in PostgreSQL to manage unstructured data, significantly improving dashboard performance and enabling faster data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated strong leadership in balancing technical challenges with client needs, and showcased my ability to deliver impactful solutions under pressure.

• Utilized Kibana to design monitoring dashboards for real-time API performance analysis, leading to faster identification of bottlenecks in Node.js and SQL queries. • Developed an address search engine using Elasticsearch as a NoSQL database for high search performance, and Node.js. The engine consumed data from a PostgreSQL database and delivered high-speed property searches for thousand of users. This solution reduced infrastructure costs, and eliminated dependency on the Google Places API, showcasing my focus on both efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Built a real-time lead distribution system using WebSocket with Socket.IO, enabling real estate brokers to respond to leads instantly. This real-time solution drastcally reduced response times, enhancing customer satisfaction and improving lead conversion rates by ensuring timely interactions. The WebSocket communication was done between a React front-end and a Node.js API.

• Developed and optimized APIs in Node.js for a React and Next.js front-end, adhering to RESTful API standards, ensuring rapid data retrieval for thousands of users in a multi tenancy architecture. Used JWT for authentication and authorization tools, like CASL, to guarantee the security of access.
