He is currently the COO - Offshore at Jorie Healthcare Partners, a leading provider of revenue cycle management (RCM) & AI solutions for US healthcare providers. He holds a CPC certification and an MBA degree in Business Operations and Marketing.

As the head of India operations, Ishvinder oversees a team of 800+ professionals and coordinates strategic planning and execution for delivering high operating margins and client satisfaction. He also leads automation and robotics solutions and provides thought leadership across new proposals. He has a proven track record of innovating business strategies, creating new ventures, and building dedicated client bases and partnerships across the highly competitive US healthcare domain. He has honed his skills in RPA, AI, RCM,  and HCPCS compliances, data analytics using Power BI, R and Python, business intelligence (BI), US medical billing, business process improvement, process excellence, and client management.
