There are a lot of methods out there, but principles are a few.

If you grasp principles, you can successfully select your methods.


A good architect will not only design the exterior and interior of your house.

She will also focus on how all the components of the building interact, including connections to municipal sewer lines and electrical grids.

Designing a go-to-market strategy, tactics, and execution is like building a house. You need to do it ͟a͟l͟l͟ ͟a͟t͟ ͟t͟h͟e͟ ͟s͟a͟m͟e͟ ͟t͟i͟m͟e͟.͟

Building your go-to-market system includes everything:

Go-to-market strategies that are not designed with execution in mind fail badly.

Most strategies fail at implementation and growth stalls because of poor operations.

The situation without having any strategy is even worse.

Be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of you and your team.

Hiring specialists too early can backfire.
Or not having a generalist to coordinate the specialists.
