GfK processes point of sale data to provide insight on product and channel sales trends. I transformed efficiency and effectiveness of the teams responsible for creation and delivery of continuous customer reports (Data Out). Working closely across departments and levels to improve information flow and optimise processes to deliver an enhanced customer experience by decreasing the lag between data collection and sharing of insight, improving the relevance of reporting insights and transforming the culture of the team.  Following impact on Data Out, assigned several additional teams to lead, including Project Management team and the Total Store Reporting team.

Shift 2 | Your Systems Should Feel Like Help, Not Control

When I worked in the corporate world, I did all my REAL thinking at home. There wasn't space for it during the day, between meetings, updates, quick questions... noise.

Now I have a family, there’s no quiet evening to fall back on. And to be honest, there shouldn’t need to be.

If the system doesn’t make space for meaningful work inside the day, people either burn out or stop doing their best thinking altogether.

➡️Focus isn’t just a personal discipline. It’s a design problem.⬅️

When everything and everyone can interrupt you, nothing gets the energy it deserves.

Shift 3/14 in the Human-First Systems Playbook is about fixing that. It’s how you build focus into the operating system of your business, so deep, meaningful work becomes part of how you work, not something you fight to protect.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:
1️⃣ Agree what’s worthy. Decide which work deserves full focus - creative, strategic, developmental.
