The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) was convened in August 2005 as part of Singapore's national framework to address problem gambling. It works with the community to reduce the impact of problem gambling on individuals, families and society.

The Youth Sub-Committee brings together persons with expertise in youth, social gaming, marketing and communications, and has the following roles:
a) Advise the NCPG on problem gambling prevention among youth;
b) Review and advise the NCPG on outreach to youth via campaigns, programmes and other messaging platforms; and
c) Identify emerging trends and recommend approach to tackle the issues.

The legacy of SDN’s expertise will also be passed on to the local dating industry through the SDNTrust Mark, which will be awarded to accredited dating agencies.
