— Role: Project Coordinator / PMO -

• Working as the program level PMO & the designated PMO for the largest client in the organization's history.
• Handle invoices and payment milestones for different projects. Raising invoices through the Oracle ERP portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assess workload allocation and effort efficiency of team members for forecasting, budget allocation, and estimation purposes.
• Onboarding new project members, managing pre-onboarding and post-onboarding activities.
• Maintaining and utilizing the resource bible for the entire project and for entire program level line-of-business & related projects.
• Forecasting resource count for budgeting, future hiring, and to assess retention and attrition rates. Handle hiring resource requirements suggested by various project teams.
• Coordinate project-related events such as client visits, managing logistics, itinerary, project scheduling, and budgeting.

• Handling 29 projects as the Project Head from the start to end. Managing all operational, managerial, and project-related responsibilities unique to that project in order to deliver outcomes on time and achieve the project objectives set forth by the Organization.
• Participate in effective stakeholder management with multiple teams, including cross-functional teams, implementations teams, product teams, account managers, customer success teams, and representatives from the client side.
• Solving business problems, providing solutioning strategies by understanding the business requirements and analyzing the product capabilities such that it satisfies both the organization's and the client's needs.
• Identifying opportunities for process and product improvement by holding retrospection calls after each project and by examining the project metrics that were tracked, such as the number of people involved, the level of complexity, the estimated effort and resources, the final quality of the product, and the process effectiveness.
• POC for all configurations and modification requests from the operations team, as well as assisting senior Customer success members in recognizing the intricacies that are to be addressed with the client.

Liftech Equipments is a reputed manufacturing company with more than 10 years of domain experience and clients all around Kerala, they specializes on production of lifting equipment, the work mostly included supply, erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of EOT & HOT cranes, cage lifts and electric hoists. 

— Role: Supervision and Site management - 

•  Supervision and managing works at different multiple workplaces, such as, NPOL (Naval, Physical and Oceanographic Laboratory). 
•  To improve overall Business Process by coordinating and organizing day-to-day operations at the company. 
•  Maintaining and assessing inventory, tools and workforce. 
•  Assistance in Client Relationships, Documentation, Marketing and Weekly reporting.
•  Planned and executed the project of dismantling 5 cranes at NPOL within a time span of 4 months and an expense of around 8lakh without any extra additions in form of labors or materials, whereas the estimated minimum time of completion was 6 months and with an expected expenditure of 10lakh, thereby created a profit in terms of both time and expenses for company.
