⭕️ Main duties:
- holding the position of Key Recruiter in the IT department (full-cycle recruitment processes including
sourcing, contacting, interviewing, background checks, selection, and Job Offer)
- analysing the market, gathering and clarifying requirements from American Hiring Managers (Clients, Sales, etc)
- managing the team of 2 recruiters and 1 sourcer (goal setting, results control, managing progress and
reviewing performance)
- budgeting for the Talent Acquisition Team team
- keeping track of metrics (Time per Hire, OAR, eNPS, reasons for refusals etc ) and creation data-driven
reports in Excel and Power BI
- analysing metrics and data, identified trends and patterns, and provided insights and recommendations to managers
- close cooperation with the CEO and C-level managers in America

⭕️ Main achievements:
- oversaw the company’s growth from 20 to 200 employees
- successfully expanded recruitment from Ukraine to European (Poland, Serbia, Moldova) and Latin American countries
- participated in the creation of a strategy for entering company to the new areas (to logistics area, we
included Marketing and IT spheres)
- launched a social initiative "English Course for Military” and relaunched the employer brand automized main HR and Recruiting activities by implementing new ATS, CRM
- OAR increased to 86%

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

- full-cycle recruitment (ourcing, contacting, interviewing, background checks, selection, and hiring)
- full-cycle HR management (onboarding/offboarding, 360* reviews, 1-2-1, exit-interview etc.)

As I came to the company as the first recruiter, I implemented such processes as:
- market analysis for the requested position (which job portals are effective, how many candidates are present and where exactly to look for them, what their price is, what are the difficulties of searching for them);
- creation of competency metrics (Junior/Middle/Senior positions);
- writing a templates for a job descriptions, feedbacks, offers, questions for the interview, flow communication with the candidates; 
- compiling a profile of the ideal candidate, searching solutions for the most effective and longest cooperation, taking into account all the features of the position.
- initiating the HR and Recruitment metrics (Time per Hire, OAR, reasons for refusals, Salary Reviews Surveys, Employee road-map, eNPS, etc )
- employer brand developing (together with the marketing department we created a company EVP,
Handbook, merch, maintain social networks etc)

I work with such positions as:
- IT (UI/UX designers, DevOps, SysAdmins, HelpDesks, Front- End Developers,
QA engineers)
- non-IT (Dispatchers, Architects, Civil Engineers, Data Analysts, PM, Marketing
managers, Lead Generation Managers etc.)

Searching platforms: LinkedIn, work.ua, rabota.ua, Djiini, Dou.ua, social media
platforms.
