• 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲: I'm all about long-term improvement, not just quick fixes.

• 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗙𝘂𝗻: If you want a fun LEGO playing event that's cool, but I can't help you with that —my workshops are focused on solving real challenges. Fun is the result of the hard work.

As I’m working in industry that evolves rapidly serving customers with ever greater expectations, I’m constantly looking forward to learn more about Customer Experience in order to prevent the unexpected, led by the principle of ‘better safe than sorry’. However, when reality proves to be different than designed, I’m comfortable reacting promptly applying tools and processes that minimize potential damage.  

I’ve gathered practical experience and tested my expertise on most valuable projects for business and residental customers in the leading telco company in Croatia.
