LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an innovative and effective experimental process, designed to enhance business performance and strategic thinking through the use of LEGO bricks.  It is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving technique for organizations and teams, able to involve “players” in building things and models that represent, metaphorically, their challenges, problems, and aspirations. 
The use of LEGO® Bricks allows participants to tap into their unconscious knowledge and build their thoughts in “3-D models”; the use of metaphors helps to share them with the other players. Both elements help keep simple the comprehension and resolution of complex issues.
