Now, I write about actionable tips to break you into product management, my journey, lessons I learned along the way, the strategies that helped me and side projects I work on.

You may have guessed it, I'm a Product Manager at Microsoft. 

Most people start their day with a cup of coffee, but my day doesn't start if it didn't begin at the gym. 

My job as a PM is to identify a problem, ask annoying questions to understand it more and ask some more questions that help bring experiment-able ideas I can test for potential solutions.

It took me 2years to break into product management. But I believe there's a quicker path and that's why I share my story.

Microsoft

In my role at Microsoft, I engage with key decision makers in the UK public sector to deliver a connected customer experience, focusing on generative Al solutions like Copilot. I leverage digital signals and Al insights to drive sales, contribute to account planning, and deliver business cases. I also collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure successful customer outcomes and maintain pipeline data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage customers across levels, key AE's to deliver a connected customer experience and consultative value conversations, leading with generative Al narratives that are relevant to customer needs and priorities.
* Leverage digital signals such as Contact ME, ABMs, High Propensity Campaign, and other Al model-generated recommendations to prepare for customer engagement or enriching existing customer opportunities.
* Drive suites sales motion end-to-end, leverage Copilot as a differentiator to acquire, grow, renew and drive ME3/ME5, FLW and Copilot adoption.
* Participate & contribute to account planning, share insights from digital signals and customer marketing interactions with Account Team. Gain understanding of customer strategic & business priorities, technology landscape, condition of satisfaction and the industry they operate in.
* Adopt a holistic strategic approach to drive all relevant Modern Work solutions across multiple rooms of the house.
* Deliver business case & value analysis, leveraging business case builder, including the economic justification according to the MCEM model.
* Manage and orchestrate opportunities with key stakeholders in ATU, STU, CSU, FastTrack Partner to deliver customer desired outcomes and business value realization, with leading Al-enabled Microsoft Cloud technologies.
* Engage with partners on co-sell opportunities.
* Maintain pipeline data hygiene in MSX.

Orchestrating a team of technical experts in order to help achieve customers technical and business requirements.

I think like a "customer" and in doing so, I make sure that the clients I work with always get what they came for and in most cases, exceed their expectations.

My goal is to keep improving myself in all I do, and someday hope to have a franchise of my own with an effective team geared towards impacting society and the world at large.
