I started writing cuz I wasn’t going to do dance trends on TikTok😀

Now, I write about actionable tips to break you into product management, my journey, lessons I learned along the way, the strategies that helped me and side projects I work on.

You may have guessed it, I'm a Product Manager at Microsoft. 

Most people start their day with a cup of coffee, but my day doesn't start if it didn't begin at the gym. 

My job as a PM is to identify a problem, ask annoying questions to understand it more and ask some more questions that help bring experiment-able ideas I can test for potential solutions.

It took me 2years to break into product management. But I believe there's a quicker path and that's why I share my story.

Product Manager 

Fidson Healthcare Plc

•	Product development team member. Involved in the ideation, development and commercialisation of new products.
* Increased GMP awareness in the factory with a minimum of one (1) GMP training per month, which increased productivity by over 50%
•	Instituted a biannual Internal Quality Audit, with effective CAPA closures. 
•	Ensured 50% Vendor Quality Audit and Evaluation from April to Sept. 2018.
•	Successfully secured 100% trending of all products on quarterly bases
•	Effectively reduced the turnaround time of Secondary and Tertiary Packaging Material Analysis time to less than 24 hours. 
•	Leveraged lean process management and packaging material reconciliation to boost productivity and quality of output.

•	Introduced crash-lock inner cartons for 200ml and 100ml bottles
•	Successfully led the compliance unit and minimized business risks

•	Led action plan to reposition GMP in the plant and reviewed SOPs for manufacturing processes, in conformance with global best practices
•	Professionally conducted Vendor Quality Audit and Evaluation for both Raw Materials Vendors and Packaging Material Vendors
•	Oversaw Internal Self Audit and ensured closure of all non-conformities
•	Reviewed Trend Report for temperature, humidity and water analyses 
•	Conducted the Qualification and calibration of all new equipment  
•	Ensured that only valid and authorized documents are used in processes
•	Successfully performed pre and post-production compliance checks

Senior Compliance Officer 

•	Professionally vetted and approved designed packaging materials in line with the company’s production standards and regulatory requirements
•	Assisted in designing a process flow for the Procurement Department which enhanced seamless delivery and doubled production volume
•	Effectively ensured prompt sampling, analysis and of raw materials and packaging materials in order to meet the benchmarked ISO standard.
•	Oversaw compliance projects that ensured that all documentation of raw materials and packaging materials strictly complies with standard

Senior Material Analyst               

•	Maintained high-quality assurance for stages of production process  
•	Planned and executed, inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications
•	Oversaw in-house Process Quality Assurance activities to ensure 100% real time reporting to meet production processes and parameters
