I started writing cuz I wasn’t going to do dance trends on TikTok😀

Now, I write about actionable tips to break you into product management, my journey, lessons I learned along the way, the strategies that helped me and side projects I work on.

You may have guessed it, I'm a Product Manager at Microsoft. 

Most people start their day with a cup of coffee, but my day doesn't start if it didn't begin at the gym. 

My job as a PM is to identify a problem, ask annoying questions to understand it more and ask some more questions that help bring experiment-able ideas I can test for potential solutions.

It took me 2years to break into product management. But I believe there's a quicker path and that's why I share my story.

As a Product Manager at NotJustEvent Inc., I:

● Drive product development with a cross-functional team that consists of Product Designers, DevOps, Mobile Developers, Frontend and Backend Developers to bring NotJustEvent's Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to market.

● Collaborate with stakeholders and development team to define product vision, strategy and roadmap while prioritizing features and backlog for product development in alignment with the product vision and business objectives.

● Analyze market trends and competitors to identify trends and potentials which helped in the creation of the product strategy.

● Define Product success metrics, coordinate product release planning, and collect user feedback for product improvements.

● Led a 10-member cross-functional team that consists of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Software Engineers to build Pascal; a
software product that caters to the needs of newbies and professionals in the Tech space.

● Conceptualized product strategy, roadmap, documentations and also managed the development and release planning process.

progress and adapt strategies.
