It’s a tale as old as time: man meets job, man climbs the career ladder, man fights burnout, man opens to possibilities, reconnect with himself and finds his true passion.  

I’m Jackson, an entrepreneur, leadership developer, wellness advocate, coach, mentor, father-of-three and consummate learner. After spending the last 20+ years of my career in the adhesives industry, leading the business and strategic rollout of distribution channels in Asia Pacific markets both established and new, I found myself yearning to be less of a human “doing”, and more of a human “being”.  

While I love being a businessman and entrepreneur, my approach to work has definitely become more sustainable over time, as I aligned my leadership style and career goals with my passion for wellness. I believe that we should all invest in our personal well-being, both physical and mental, because these make up the foundations of a good life and rewarding career!  

Meditation, mindfulness and mindset elevation are the tools that I use to strengthen my mental wellness, and adopting a giving mindset fuels my sustained contentment. I encourage all those who have the capacity to give to do so, because giving is the key to unlocking happiness, lasting contentment, and an incredibly fulfilling way to live and work.  

With these values as my guide, I live life everyday with increasing ease, flow and comfort.

Today, I help my clients transform through the tools of Leadership Training, Thinking Partnership, Coaching, Consulting, Mentoring and Rejuvenation Experiences.

My name is Keng Suan (KS), a proud graduate from Singapore University of Social Sciences, majoring in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Procurement Management

If I was asked to use three words to describe myself at work, it will be organised, adaptable, and analytical. Moreover, I love to use the skills and knowledge I've gained from my work experience and classes to solve real-life business problems while simultaneously strengthening my understanding/experience of the business world. In addition, I'm a team player who will make the extra effort to learn and care for those around me, seeking to understand them more as people and professional.

My interest ranges from General Affairs, Business Operations & Sports Business etc. Being an avid listener of podcast interviews, I love to pick the brains of personnel through these interviews and apply those transferrable knowledge, habits and values to my own life. I live by the quote, "We're victims of our own perception", and henceforth, I proactively seek to widen my horizons to enable myself to look at situations from a different and broader perspective.
