Ran a revolving not-for-profit loan fund for VT farmers and food producers, including process for applying, evaluating, executing, and collecting on loans. Doubled the value of loans made during three years as Program Manager. Promoted the fund to donors, borrowers, partner programs, and press. Ran fundraising campaigns, told borrower stories, and recruited new borrowers. Implemented Salesforce donor database and loan management software. Managed all interactions with farmers and food producers seeking assistance. Co-ran fundraising events that raised both funds and organization visibility. Spearheaded marketing and onboarding for app/cloud-based home inspection software startup, growing users from zero to over a thousand during the first nine months of general product availability, setting the firm up for growth and acquisition by American Family Insurance. Crafted cross-channel messaging and event presence; designed and implemented marketing automation funnel; and developed and launched on-demand, interactive Master Class to onboard home inspectors from sign up to active usage.
