Falling in love with the fast-paced and innovative nature of the NFT and Crypto space in late 2021, I decided to dive head first into freelance work of startup projects. I have passions in the space surrounding community engagement, business development and discord management/security. There is endless opportunity presenting itself everyday.

Sprout

Sprout is a marketing company that specialises in twitter content management and brand strategy. On a short term "getting the business started" contract, I had the pleasure of working alongside another young entrepreneur to build this company from the ground up. In my short time working on this project, we created the sprout brand, business strategy, core team and started generating some incredible results for our first clients. The founder, James, has since worked with over 10 incredible clients & partners, ranging from small startups to half-a-billion-dollar unicorns in the space.

Tru3Mint was a Web3 software development company, specialising in custom developments and security audits. 

We worked with our clients to provide industry leading technical products and security solutions. 

Key Achievements;
- Built both inbound and outbound lead generation funnels, creating over $120,000 in Y1 revenue
- Refined my high-ticket negotiation skills with both clients and contractors
- Attended industry events to expand our network as a company
- Managed all client liaison for the company, including onboarding and handover

Metagotchi 

Metagotchi was an NFT project and game development company centered around values of spreading kindness and positive change {closed pre-mint}

I look back on my time building this project with a sense of gratitude for all that I learnt. It was my first business venture and I wouldn't have had it any other way. 

Key Achievements;
- Recruited and led a team of 10+ developers, artists and community builders
- Scaled our social media platforms to 16,000 on twitter and 11,000 on discord
- Secured multiple partnerships with some of the biggest names in the ecosystem
- Hosted multi-community events with a large shared prize pool
- Refined my storytelling skills, released a full comic book and built a loyalist inner circle of community members

After my decision to leave university, my endless hunger for learning about the complex and everchanging nature of business has propelled me into the world of Web3. Since starting in this space, I've had the privilege of starting 3 companies, one of which still operates to this day without my input. I

Now - after years as an entrepreneur, my goal is to further enhance my skills as part of an established team. I'd like to contribute to the growth of a company that isn't my own - learning from my peers and bringing my unique set of skills to the table.

On a personal level, I'm on a journey of understanding (as many of us are) - trying to figure out what makes ME tick through trying my hand at many different things. After the close of Tru3Mint, I traveled around the world for 6 months, meeting some amazing people and seeing our beautiful planet.

Now, i'm back home for the foreseeable future and taking some time to venture towards my mental and physical limits, learning about how far I can go. My current obsession, after years of training in the gym, is endurance events. I've never been good at running, so decided to push myself into the unknown by signing up for a marathon this September. After that, who knows what's next? Ironman?

I have a strong interest in enterprise servers, networking, ICT support and systems administration. For self-directed learning and skills development, I currently run two enterprise grade development servers in an Adelaide based data center. I am currently developing my skills in areas of: virtualisation; network topographies (virtual and physical); MS Active Directory; PowerShell; (Aruba) Enterprise Wi-Fi networks; Cisco networking infrastructure; and remote OS deployment using MDT and SCCM.
