Most of our clients are in the B2B tech space

And there's a simple reason for it...

We handle accounts of multiple creators and founders.

And everyone has a specific persona
(which my team and I perfectly replicate)

But here's the thing...

It's not only about how they interact.

But also about their product/service

I don't want us to keep bugging them with basic questions all the time.

So, I maintain a Notion document of the technical details and commonly asked questions.

Of course, at the beginning, I have to ask a LOT of questions.

But the longer we work in this space, the easier it is to grasp terms.

The best part?
Teams tend to use similar products/services, and context switching is easier.

This makes it easier for our team to maintain the persona AND understand the technical details of new accounts.

If I were to take up accounts in Finance, it would be a different learning curve now.

I am still taking on clients who aren't in this field...

I am definitely thinking of niching down to the B2B tech space.

The experience and proof of work would come in handy.

But for now, I don't say no to a new niche and challenge.
(I don't have slots, but I'm actively training new hires to get more of them)
